Its time to kick off our 2025/2026 Sunday School Year. Please read the instructions below and fill out all forms completely.
Instructions:
- *Please fill out all information as accurately as possible. Check for typos before you submit.
- You must fill out a NEW form for EACH CHILD.
- Your child must turn 2 or 3 before September 1, 2025 to enter the Mom & Tot class
- Entrance into the Mom & Tot classes is first come, first serve. Spots are limited.
- Classes will be held in person at Baitul Ilm.
- First day of Mom & Tot is TBD
- Last day to register is August 18, 2025
- Confirmation emails will be sent in early August
