Its time to kick off our 2023/2024 Sunday School Year. Please read the instructions below and fill out all forms completely.
Instructions:
- Please fill out all information as accurately as possible. Check for typos before you submit. You will not be able to make changes after you submit.
- You must fill out a NEW form for EACH CHILD.
- Classes will be held in person at Baitul Ilm.
- First day of Mom and Tot is to be determined.
- To enter Mom and Tot, the student must be 2 years old before September 1, 2023.
- To enter grade 1 the student must be 4 years old before September 1, 2023.
